I?d also like to remark on your cleaning staff in particular, as they were present for all the aircraft viewed.
Your interior cleaning staff, is the most meticulous and thorough group of people I?ve ever encountered in my travels. I saw 3 different crews, who did not know I was there or what I was there for, so should/did not affect their performance.
The pride and workmanship (and they were all smiling too), they showed, without supervision, is second to none. The level of cleaning given each aircraft, was of someone who genuinely cared about what people would think when they entered the plane, picking up by hand, the almost invisible pieces of lint, incredible.
